چکیده
The goal of this study was to isolate and identify Staphylococcus aureus from clinical environmental sources. This also looked at the prevalence distribution different virulence enzymes among its isolates. For objective, 65 samples were collected dispersed 50 distinct 15 (soil, water, air) samples. results revealed that 20 bacterial isolates S. aureus. isolation rate 30.76% all samples, with 13 20% a source 7 10.76% an source. phenotypic detection isolates, including produced (between two six enzymes), indicating importance. rates. clear rise in production enzymes: lecithinase lipase producing 95%, protease 90%, urease 80%, hemolysin 60%, beta-lactamase 55%.

In this study, a number of 85 Staphylococcus aureus isolates were collected from various clinical sources including diabetic foot, burns, urine, wound, abcesses, boils, nasal discharge and vaginal smear from 135 inpatients at different Mansoura hospitals, Dakahlia governorate, Egypt. Isolates were phenotypically investigated for some virulence factors (biofilm, lipase, protease, staphylokinase ...
متن کاملDistribution Patterns of Methicillin Resistance Genes (mecA) in Staphylococcus aureus Isolated from Clinical Specimens
There is a growing concern about the application of molecular methods in epidemiological studies of infectious diseases. The objective of this study was to determine the genetic stability of methicillin resistance genes in Staphylococcus aureus for the evaluation of resistance strain distribution. One hundred and fifteen S. aureus isolates from patients with staphylococcal infection were collec...

Background and Aim: Staphylococcus aureus is gram-positive coccus that is one of the most important causes of nosocomial infections and cause cutaneous or subcutaneous infections. Among these bacteria Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) are the most important. The aim of the present study was to investigate the lethal effect of a substance isolated from Staphylococcus aureus unde...

Introduction:Staphylococcal food poisoning is one of the most common food-borne diseases. The antibiotic resistance of Staphylococcus aureus has been reported globally. Today, strains of Staphylococcus aureus in food have become a problem in clinical infections and are considerde as a serious public health concern. Methods: A total of 100 samples were tested in the laboratory; including 75 han...

conclusions our outcomes showed elevated incidences of tsst-1 positive and mrsa strains with higher rates of antibiotic resistance. the conflict between our findings and other records may be due to differences in geographic regions. materials and methods the presence of the tsst-1 and meca genes was investigated by polymerase chain reaction (pcr) among s. aureus isolated from 197 clinical sampl...
